In addition to wax-sealed cheeses, Mom's Cooked Cheese is another unique product offered by Strykly Texas Cheese. This old country style German-Czech product came about when we offered a portion of our Jersey milk to an area homemaker who turned it into wonderful cheese and gave half of the batch to us in exchange for the milk. A product deemed delicious and high in demand by acquaintances, this authentic homemade cheese was perfected and is hand-prepared for the best flavor.

Remember to order early for the holidays. All our packages are delivered by UPS or Parcel Post (where applicable we prefer to ship UPS, so please supply us with a street address, since UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box number. If you can only give us a P.O. Box number, we will ship Parcel Post.

We guarantee that all our products will be top quality and that they will arrive in satisfactory condition when correct addresses are provide. We will replace at no cost, any purchase not arriving satisfactorily, if the correct address is given. All claims for replacement merchandise must be made within 10 days of the delivery date originally designated. We take a lot of personal pride in processing our orders promptly and accurately.
