We milk registered Jersey cows and our herd has produced a number of champions. The fresh raw milk and fresh milk products we offer come straight from our Jersey cows to you. Our raw milk is tested by the health department every other day to ensure the freshest and healthiest milk available.

Our grass-based dairy operation utilizes large pastures of native grasses and clovers as the source of feed for our Jersey cows. The grass-fed milk produced by these cows is naturally high in protein and omega-3 acids, which is evident in the rich golden hue of our milk. It contains no artificial preservatives, making fresh Jersey real milk the best in the world. We also make raw milk products including butter and various types of cheeses.

July 2, 2009: Strykly Caraway Cheddar wins a Silver Medal in The Farmstead Semi-Hard Cheese Category at the 2009 North American Regional Jersey Cheese Awards.

The North American Regional Jersey Cheese Awards were open to cheeses and butters made in Canada and the United States from 100% Jersey milk. In its first year, the regional contest drew 77 entries from 29 producers in 15 states and Quebec. Each entry was judged individually; chesses earning between 46 and 50 points recieved gold medals, between 41 and 45 points received silver medals, and between 36 and 40 earned bronze medals.

We package some of the best Texas specialty cheese products. We have designed custom cheese molds in various Texas and holiday shapes and use them to create unique cheese packages sealed in red, blue, and green wax. The cheese products can be purchased individually or we will create a unique holiday gift basket or box.

We are the only dairy in Texas to offer another unique product - Mom's Cooked Cheese. This is an old country-style German and Czech cheese served as a gourmet spread or fondue. We obtained the recipe from one of the German homemakers living near Schulenburg, and even had her help to perfect the process for making large batches to ensure the authentic flavor.
